WHO DO I WORK WITH?

Adults, young people, and children who have experienced distressing events: trauma; accidents; illness; grief; childhood trauma; childhood abuse/neglect; sexual abuse/assault; anxiety disorders; worry; stress; OCD; panic; depression; difficult relationships; low self esteem; attachment focused EMDR (AF-EMDR). If you don't recognise your difficulty here, please do ask me.

WHO CAN REFER TO ME AND WHICH REFERRALS DO I ACCEPT?

Referrals or enquiries can be made by any individual seeking therapy. I see private clients.

Referrals or enquiries can also be made by Health Care Providers such as BUPA, Nuffield Health, CBT Clinics, AXA, Aviva, Vitality Health etc. I am a registered provider for all these organisations. If you are not sure about your policy please ask me.

Referrals are also made by Education and Social Care Departments for young people and adults.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU OR REFER TO YOU?

Please email me, text me or leave a voicemail. I will get back to you as soon as I can, normally within 24 hours. I cannot answer my phone if I am in a session with a client. If you don’t hear back from me please do prompt me, your email might not have arrived or slipped down a list and out of sight, I do try my best to be vigilant!

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

My fee is £95 per appointment, session, per hour. There may be some variation with some Health Care Providers. Telephone contact, text messages, admin required to sort out appointments, other short admin tasks are all included in this fee.  Other report writing, attendance at meetings, travel time etc is all charged at £95 per hour pro rata.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY INFORMATION?

I am fully GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant and registered. The GDPR is a Europe wide set of regulations about how your data is to be managed and protected. It includes the UK’s 2018 Data Protection Act. For more information, see my privacy statement.
